Elissa Marshall is a 500hr RYT, 200hr E-RYT, Trauma-Informed and Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor with over 10 years of teaching experience. As an ex-professional dancer, Elissa first turned to yoga to stay in shape, she quickly realized that the most powerful part of the practice was the meditative aspect of movement.
