Katrina Ong

Katrina reigns from Belleville, New Jersey. She moved to NYC after graduating from Adelphi University in 2013. She found herself practicing Yoga as a supplement to her dance career but it became so much more. She fell in love with the spiritual benefits along with the physical.

She completed her 500 hour teacher training in Montreal. She is so honored to groove, sweat, and grow in this wonderful community.

When not in the hot room, you can find Katrina on any dance floor, munching on good foods, or cuddling with her frenchie, Luna.
